With over five decades of dedicated service to the Kingdom of God, Dr. Chandra W. Kelley stands as a respected apostolic leader, trainer, and author who has devoted her life to developing disciples and leaders to advance God's Kingdom.

Dr. Kelley's extensive academic credentials include a Doctor of Arts in Divinity and certification in Christian Counseling. In recognition of her extensive ministry service and Kingdom impact, she was commissioned as an Apostle in 2022. This solid educational foundation, combined with her rich experience in theology, ministry, and leadership, has enabled her to make significant contributions to establishing churches, training ministers, and empowering believers across the United States and South Africa.

Her life's mission is to equip individuals and ministries with the wisdom, integrity, and spiritual authority necessary to fulfill their divinely ordained purpose.
